“Treat, Recover, Repeat!" Some traumatic experiences can be quite severe to the point of evolving into a lifelong issue. We are committed to helping clients learn how to cope with various stressful situations that life brings. We use skills such as TF-CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Professionalism:
Over 16 years of healthcare experience in various settings and over 10 of those years being in mental health. We work with a diverse population and with many types of disorders ranging from Schizophrenia but not limited to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Personalized Therapeutic Treatment Plans:
Sessions tend to focus on resurfacing any past and present traumas, targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. We normally introduce client to some form of therapeutic methods to help in either accepting or coping with their traumas.
Our therapeutic approach allows us to offer continued support to our clients. They spend most of the time learning skills to aid in moving forward when placed in tough situations.
